X3 Fitness was created for those who are  looking to retire their stale and boring gym routines that are producing poor or no results!

Although "MAYHEM" (Peak Interval Training) is open to everyone, it’s meant for those who are dedicated, geared to see results, and give 100% - NO EXCUSES!

Mayhem uses a  dynamic range of exercises no just focusing on a handful like most other training programs.  There are a few reasons for this:
  • If the same exercises are repeated week after week your body will start to adapt and you will see your results start to plateau and injury risks increase.
  • Everyone's body is different and responds better to some exercises over others.  When you blast your body with all different types of exercises your body is stimulated from all angles and your body is able to better respond in the way you want it to.
