I wasn't sure I could actually handle the workout, but the gym and dieting on my own were getting me no where. My move to Miami 5 months ago was hard so figured I'd give this group training a shot and meet new people at the same time get into shape. I started at 172 lbs back on February 5, 2010. I've always tried my best to stay in shape but I just really hate going to the gym. I never really knew what to do, I found it extremely boring and was never motivated to go. First of all, thanks for your help and motivation. Jason is a great trainer, actually knows what he is doing and i got better results than ever before. I always had a great time while training with him, which can be hard to achieve when you're in pain "sore". Also got me to work out my legs after i had a pretty serious injury which I'm very thankful for. Now I can say I know how to work out.

After trying a couple different boot camps, I was getting scared of not being able to keep up with a boot camp program. I tried Ed's boot camp before my wedding for some pre-wedding weight loss and i lost some weight but it was no fun. A friend told me about X3 so i gave it a shot and i was hooked! Been going steadily for 3 months now and it never gets boring. no screaming or intimidation just challenging and effective. Highly recommend giving it a shot.

This program is broad and it can be adapted to anyone. People don't stay in the gym because they don't see results quickly, with X3 you feel the results and feel better right away which keeps you motivated to keep coming back.

I signed up for 21 day bootcamp challenge and so far I am really enjoying it. Jason makes the classes challenging and always different. I've tried tons of workout regimens and spent a fortune, I think the bootcamp classes are prices very fairly
